  This company is a joke. I worked with this company for almost 3 years. At the beginning tailored care cannock branch was brilliant it was nice to work for, management was friendly and trustworthy and was very kind and considerate. After 2 years that manager left due to directors pushing her to make loads of decisions herself and when she was left with no cover of calls etc the registered manager marie Haseldine would tell her to sort it out herself probably because she couldn’t be arsed to do it herself, which lead to clients without care. This was not the managers fault because she had done everything she could and once again as normal higher management had no support for others. Also the way directors marie Haseldine , David Fensome and the way that they treated the old Shropshire manager it lead to her suffering with a stroke as she felt that she has no support. When Telford taken over the Cannock office things fell apart. Clients was having missed calls almost everyday, staff members was having to do double up calls on there own, staff wasn’t getting paid correctly with unlawful wage deductions made and then had to wait months to collect money they worked for having to ask around 20 times for it waiting for u reliable office staff hoping they get your message to finance , even though the finance team aren’t good either they refuse to talk to staff members. Which is no good and they obviously can’t do the job right because of the deduction of wages mind you that won’t change because one of the main employees in Telford is the owners 20 year old son which clearly has no clue. Clients was left without care with me walking in her to be lying on the living room floor going off in a neck brace because they expected me to do 42 teas and bed calls. If you ask me or any member of tailored care who was there at the beginning and have left due to Telford taking over ramming our rota’s On work 5am-11:30 pm without a break everyday , and telling us to just get in and out get the job done and go to the next one, then the emotional blackmail when asking to cover shifts , justs ridiculous , there’s much more I can explain but I don’t want to waste any more moments of my life in tailored care as I invested so much time into them for them to turn out to be a careless company anyways. Avoid this company , if you love the caring industry after working for this company you will be scarred CQC need to shut this down!!
